Harvest Bread Company is a Lahore-based food manufacturing business producing bread, buns, rusks, cakes, biscuits, and other baked goods. The company focuses on quality, freshness, taste, and consistency across integrated production, supply chain, sales, finance, and administrative operations.
We are seeking an Accounts Intern to support the finance team and gain practical exposure to accounting activities in a structured manufacturing environment. This opportunity is suitable for a motivated individual who is developing strong fundamentals in bookkeeping, financial documentation, and spreadsheet-based reporting.

- Assist with recording and organizing daily financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
- Support bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations under supervision.
- Help maintain accurate filing of accounting records and verify supporting documentation.
- Prepare basic spreadsheets, summaries, and reports for the finance team.
- Assist with data entry, expense tracking, and follow-up on discrepancies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect information needed for routine accounting tasks.
- Follow company procedures for confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
What we’re looking for
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, debits and credits, and financial documentation.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry, sorting, formulas, and basic summaries.
- Ability to organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other records accurately.
- Careful approach to checking figures, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining data quality.
- Good written and verbal communication for coordinating with finance and operational teams.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, time management, and follow-through.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial and business information.
- Willingness to learn accounting software and follow established finance procedures.
