What's the difference between Boost 3, Boost 10, and Boost 30?

The number is the days of homepage exposure and priority listing your job ad gets: Boost 3 = 3 days, Boost 10 = 10 days, Boost 30 = 30 days. Higher tiers also unlock more Smart Sourcing invites, more candidate notifications, applicant export (Boost 10 & 30), and confidential listings (Boost 30).

Do Boost packages unlock the full AI applicant ranking?

Yes. Every Boost package unlocks the full AI view for that job — fit scores, match reasons, and ranking for all applicants, plus granular AI screening filters. Free jobs show a limited AI preview; Boost reveals the complete ranked shortlist.

How many AI assessment evaluations do Boost packages include?

Assessment creation is always free and unlimited. For AI scoring of submitted assessments, every job includes 15 free evaluations, and Boost adds a job-level allowance on top: Boost 3 = 40 total, Boost 10 = 65 total, Boost 30 = 115 total. Beyond that, use your Pro monthly pool or credits. This is a separate AI meter from applicant ranking, which every Boost also unlocks in full.

What is Smart Sourcing and how many invites do I get?

Smart Sourcing lets you invite AI-matched candidates from our resume database to apply — no contact details needed. Boost 3 includes 100 invites, Boost 10 includes 300, and Boost 30 includes 500. For ongoing monthly sourcing, a Pro subscription includes a recurring invite allotment.

Can I add a 24-hour Spotlight or AI Applicant Unlock to a job?

Yes. Spotlight is a low-cost 24-hour homepage visibility push you can add to a Basic or Boost 3 job for a quick burst of reach. AI Applicant Unlock reveals the full applicant AI ranking for a single free job without a full Boost. Both appear as add-ons during checkout.

Can I still post jobs for free?

Always. Free job posting stays unlimited, with AI job descriptions, applicant management, messaging, and an AI screening preview. Boost packages are optional upgrades for when a role needs more reach or you want the full AI shortlist.
