Guardian BPO seeks an on-site Final Expense Closer in Islamabad for evening shift. Full-time role requiring 1-2 years outbound sales/closer experience in insurance, Final Expense, Medicare, or related tele-sales. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, presenting plan options, closing sales, verifying documentation, maintaining CRM notes, meeting KPIs, and participating in training and QA. Salary range PKR 75,000150,000. Intermediate (FA/FSc) or higher; CRM familiarity and basic computer skills required. Preferred: sales/insurance certifications and specific Final Expense/Medicare campaign experience.
