Role summary:

Join an outbound sales team focused on Final Expense and Medicare campaigns. Convert qualified leads into finalized policies by presenting plan options, handling objections, verifying information, and completing enrollment steps. Work in a performance-driven environment with targets, coaching, and QA reviews.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to qualified prospects and present Final Expense plan options.
  • Close sales by addressing objections, explaining benefits, and guiding applicants through enrollment steps.
  • Verify prospect information and ensure required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain accurate notes and sales records; submit daily reports to supervisors.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in training, role-plays, and quality assurance reviews to improve conversion and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to management as needed.

What we’re looking for

Must-have:

  • 1-2 years outbound sales/closer experience in insurance, Final Expense, Medicare, or related tele-sales roles.
  • Proven outbound sales closing experience with demonstrated conversion results.
  • Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to enter accurate notes and updates.
  • Attention to detail for verification of personal and eligibility information.
  • Target-driven with ability to meet/exceed sales KPIs.
  • Time management and organizational skills for high call volumes and follow-ups.
  • Basic computer literacy: Windows, email, web-based sales tools.

Preferred:

  • Relevant training or certifications in sales, customer service, or insurance.
  • Experience with Final Expense and Medicare campaign processes and scripts.
