Where Images May Be Used

Depending on your role and the features you use, you may be able to upload images to:

• Your jobseeker resume or profile (profile picture)
• Your company / employer profile (logo and cover image)
• Articles you publish in the Read section
• Courses you publish in the Learn section

Where Uploaded Images May Appear

Once uploaded, images may appear on Mustakbil.com in places that fit the feature you used. Examples include:

• An employer viewing your profile after you apply for a job
• Search results when an employer searches the resumes database, subject to your resume privacy setting
• Public company profile pages and company profile cards in search and listings
• Article pages, article search results, and topic discovery surfaces
• Course pages, course search results, and related discovery surfaces
• Page previews shared on other websites or social platforms

Where your resume privacy setting limits visibility, employers may see your profile picture only after you apply to their job. You can change your resume visibility from your account settings at any time.

Allowed Images

Images you upload must be your own and appropriate for a professional recruitment platform. In particular:

• Profile picture: a recent, clear photo of yourself — preferably head-and-shoulders, well-lit, with you as the only person in the frame.
• Company logo / cover: the official logo or brand image of the organization, used with the organization's permission.
• Article / course images: images you own, or that you have a clear right to use, that relate to the content you are publishing.

What Is Not Allowed

You must not upload images that include, but are not limited to:

• Photos of anyone other than yourself for a profile picture, or photos where other identifiable people appear without their consent.
• Images that you do not own and do not have a clear right to use, including images protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or sexual acts.
• Content that is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence.
• Graphic violence, gore, self-harm imagery, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity, drugs, weapons, or regulated goods in violation of law.
• Spam, misleading branding, fake company logos, or images designed to impersonate another person or organization.
• QR codes, watermarks, or overlays that promote external products, services, or contact channels in a misleading way.
• Images that contain personal contact information of others without their consent.

Employer Image Authority

If you upload a company logo, cover image, or any other image on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority from that organization to do so and that the image is used in accordance with the organization's brand and policies.

Your Licence to Mustakbil

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant Mustakbil and TechnoBird a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, compress, optimize, reformat, display, and distribute those images as needed to operate the Services and to deliver the features you have used (for example, showing your profile picture to an employer you applied to, or showing your company logo on a job posting).

Removing or Replacing Images

You can update or remove most images from your account settings — for example, by editing your profile, company profile, article, or course. After removal, images may remain in caches, backups, search index snapshots, or copies retained for security, legal, or audit reasons for a limited period.

Enforcement

We may remove, resize, blur, replace, or refuse any image that we reasonably believe violates this policy, infringes the rights of others, or is otherwise inappropriate for a professional recruitment platform — without prior notice. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of the account, in line with our Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for any misuse of your image by third parties. Use caution when choosing what to upload and remember that publicly visible images may be viewed widely, including outside Mustakbil.
