What you’ll be doing
Nokhba.AI is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations and help maintain a positive, productive, and people-focused workplace in Lahore. This role is suited to a versatile HR professional who enjoys contributing across recruitment, employee support, documentation, engagement, and development initiatives.

- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data.

- Experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- Good understanding of HR practices, processes, policies, and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities effectively.
- Familiarity with HRIS and HR management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle employee queries professionally and maintain accurate records.
