Nokhba.AI is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to expand access to HR technology solutions in Lahore.
This role focuses on direct B2B SaaS sales, consultative client engagement, and helping organizations improve their recruitment and HR processes.

- Identify and qualify new SaaS sales opportunities.
- Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and SaaS demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage prospects throughout the complete sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales activities and opportunity records in the CRM.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology sales.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and complete sales-cycle management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong prospecting, outbound outreach, and lead-generation abilities.
- Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and understand customer needs.
- Target-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
- HR technology or recruitment technology experience is a strong advantage.
