We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to build and grow our digital presence and online community around AI, HR technology, recruitment, and the future of hiring.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and growth goals.
- Manage presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create posts, captions, carousels, short-form videos, reels, and other engaging content.
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Create content about AI recruitment, HR technology, hiring trends, workplace insights, and recruitment challenges.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community interactions while building engagement with professional audiences.
- Research trends, hashtags, formats, competitors, and content opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other teams on campaigns, launches, webinars, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and website traffic, then use performance insights to improve strategy.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and current content trends.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Creative ability to develop fresh content ideas and engaging short-form content.
- Understanding of LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple content deadlines.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, HR technology, recruitment, and business technology.
