What you’ll be doing
Nokhba.AI is an AI-powered HR technology and SaaS company seeking a Content & Copywriting Specialist to strengthen its brand voice and create content that educates, engages, and converts HR professionals, recruiters, business leaders, and companies.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Write content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create captions, carousel copy, video scripts, ad copy, landing-page content, and blog articles.
- Research AI recruitment, HR technology, SaaS, hiring trends, talent acquisition, and workplace technology.
- Write persuasive product, campaign, announcement, and launch messaging.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Translate product features into customer-focused benefits and messaging.
- Build content calendars, support campaign ideas, and maintain consistent messaging.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency.
- Optimize website and blog content for SEO, repurpose long-form content, and use performance insights.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent English writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating informative and conversion-focused content for multiple digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, SEO, and B2B communication.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences, channels, and campaign objectives.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex AI, SaaS, and recruitment concepts.
- Interest in AI, HR technology, recruitment, and business technology.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Docs, AI writing tools, and SEO tools is advantageous.
- A strong writing or content portfolio is preferred.
