Nokhba.AI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen its recruitment process, build high-quality candidate pipelines, and connect the organization with suitable professionals. This role is suited to a recruitment professional who can manage multiple hiring priorities while building strong, lasting relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in ATS and recruitment platforms.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong candidate sourcing, networking, and pipeline-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Practical experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to manage multiple positions, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Data-driven, organized, and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Candidate assessment, screening, relationship management, and recruitment record-keeping skills.
