What you’ll be doing

Nokhba.AI is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to help businesses identify, attract, and hire the right talent. In this role, you will manage recruitment activities from initial sourcing through placement while building trusted relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
Understand client hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Track recruitment progress and work toward hiring targets.
