Sales Agent – AT&T Campaign (Outbound Calls)
Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team for an outbound calling campaign. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making 300+ outbound calls per day to individuals in the USA affiliated with AT&T, presenting services, and converting prospects into customers. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 300+ outbound calls daily to potential customers affiliated with AT&T.
Present and promote company services clearly and persuasively.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate service solutions.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Accurately update customer information and maintain call records in the CRM system.
Handle objections professionally and close sales with confidence.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Follow compliance, quality, and script guidelines during calls.

Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center outbound sales (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (US accent preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and meet high call volume & sales targets.
Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM/call center software.
Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
