  • Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Lawyer (Travel Consultant) role based in Lahore. The role involves advising clients on visa options, immigration pathways, and travel requirements while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Daily tasks include assessing client eligibility, preparing and reviewing application forms and supporting documents, drafting legal correspondence, and maintaining accurate case files. The Immigration Lawyer (Travel Consultant) will liaise with consulates, embassies, and government agencies, track application statuses, and communicate updates and next steps to clients. The role also includes staying current with changes in immigration policies, conducting consultations, and contributing to internal process improvements to enhance client experience.

    Qualifications

    Candidates should possess strong knowledge of immigration law, visa regulations, and international travel requirements.

    Candidates should possess excellent legal drafting, document review, and case management skills.

    Candidates should possess effective client consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Candidates should possess solid analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.

    Candidates should possess proficiency in using office software and digital tools for documentation and case tracking.

    Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and relevant professional license or certification in good standing, where applicable.

    Prior experience in immigration law, travel consulting, or related legal practice is strongly preferred.

    Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple cases, and maintain high ethical and confidentiality standards.
