Responsible for TikTok Shop storefront strategy, catalog and SKU management, campaign and livestream planning, content optimization, daily shop operations (inventory, orders, returns, compliance), performance analysis (views, CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS), A/B testing, reporting, and coordinating with Amazon/e-commerce teams. Must have hands-on TikTok Shop experience, familiarity with livestream selling, e-commerce operations, Excel/Sheets, dashboarding, and strong client-facing communication. Bachelor's in Marketing/Business/E-commerce or equivalent.
