An AI career agent that has
actually read the jobs

Ask it in your own words. It searches every live job in Pakistan, ranks them against your resume, tells you what employers are really paying, prepares the application, and gets you ready for the interview.

  • It never adds a skill, a year or a job you did not have — not even if you ask.
  • It never sends an application, and never fills in an employer's assessment.
  • 1M+real work histories behind every career path
  • 0applications sent without you tapping
  • Freefor jobseekers, with nothing held back

What it actually looks like

One conversation, from not knowing what you want to an application ready to send.

I do accounts, Karachi, want something better paid. Not sure what else I could do.

Looking at your resume and what people with your job went on to do.

About 590 people went from your job to accounts officer, usually after two years or so, and there are open roles for it now. Accounts manager pays more and takes longer. Want me to line up the first one?

haan, dikhao

Here is the closest match, and what it asks for that you already have.

I have prepared the application. Nothing goes anywhere until you tap.

What it can do

  • Find work you would not have searched for

Describe the job in a sentence, or describe nothing at all and let your resume be the search. It also shows what people who held your job went on to do next — counted from real work histories on Mustakbil, not guessed.

  • Tell you what the job actually pays

From figures employers typed into live postings in your country. Where too few have stated pay, it says so rather than inventing a range.

  • Get the application ready

It checks what a posting asks for against what your resume says, tells you what to lead with, drafts a cover letter in your own facts, and prepares the application for one tap.

  • Catch what is quietly killing your applications

An employer assessment you never finished ends an application silently — no rejection, no email, nothing. It finds those, and the information requests you missed.

  • Get you ready for the interview

A briefing on the company and the role, and a practice interview with feedback on what you actually said — not a list of tips.

  • Look while you are asleep

Optional, off by default. You choose what to look for and how many a day. It finds the matches overnight and has them prepared by morning — and it still never sends one.

Where the line is

Plenty of tools will do these two things for you. We decided not to, and it is worth saying why.

It does not send applications

An application arrives at a real company under your name and cannot be unsent. A tool that fires off forty of them overnight is not helping you — it is spending your reputation with every employer on this platform, and their trust is what the whole marketplace runs on. So it prepares; you send.

It does not fill in assessments

When an employer asks you questions, they are asking you. The agent tells you one is waiting, what it covers and how long it takes, and will talk the subject through with you — then it opens the screen and steps back. A score that is not yours is worth less to you than no score at all.

Why not just use a general AI chatbot?

A general chatbot

  • Cannot see the jobs
  • Cannot see your applications or interviews
  • Guesses salaries from somewhere else in the world
  • Will happily write that you know a tool you have never opened

This agent

  • Searching the same database employers hire from
  • Reads your applications, assessments and interviews
  • Quotes pay from live postings in Pakistan
  • Refuses to write anything that is not true of you

Questions

What does the AI career agent actually do?

It searches every live job on Mustakbil in plain language, ranks them against your resume, explains why each one fits, tells you what employers are paying for that role in your city, shows what people who held your job went on to do next, prepares applications for you to send, drafts cover letters, briefs you before interviews, and runs practice interviews.

Is it free?

Yes. Everything on the jobseeker side of Mustakbil is free, including the career agent. There is no upgrade, no credits and nothing held back behind a plan.

Will it apply to jobs without asking me?

No. Never, at any match score, with any setting switched on. It can search overnight and have applications ready for you in the morning — but it prepares them and you send them. There is no setting that changes this, because an application arrives at a real company under your name and cannot be unsent.

Will it exaggerate my experience to get me more interviews?

No, and it will say so if you ask it to. It will re-word what you have done as compellingly as the truth allows, and it will suggest the real thing you have that is nearest to what a job wants — but it will not add a skill, a tool, a year or a responsibility that is not yours. An invented line survives exactly as far as the first interview question about it.

Can it answer an employer's assessment for me?

No. It will tell you an assessment is waiting, what it covers and roughly how long it takes, and it will talk the topic through with you — then it opens the assessment and you fill it in yourself. It has no way to write an answer into one. Employers use these to judge you, and a score that is not yours is worth less to you than no score.

Where do the salary figures come from?

From live job postings on Mustakbil — figures employers typed into real jobs in your country. Not a survey, and not a global average. Where too few employers have stated pay for a role, it tells you that instead of guessing a number.

How is this different from asking a general AI chatbot?

A general chatbot cannot see the jobs, cannot see your applications, does not know which assessment is about to expire, and has no idea what an accountant is paid in Karachi this month. It can write you a cover letter about a job it cannot read. This agent is looking at the same database employers are hiring from.

What does it know about me, and who else sees it?

It reads your own resume, applications, interviews and saved jobs — nothing from anybody else's account. Employers never see your conversations with it. Everything it has done on your account is listed on one page, and the things it can take back have an Undo button.
