US Telecom Sales Agents
- Previous experience in US Telecom, Internet, or TV sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience handling US customers
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Knowledge of telecom products and services preferred
Leads Retention Manager
- Lead follow-up and retention
- Customer relationship management
- Recovering and converting lost or undecided leads
- Managing follow-up teams
- Improving lead-to-sale conversion rates
- Monitoring agent performance and KPIs
- US telecom sales experience preferred
