What you’ll be doing
Al Rehmat Builders (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for its Multan operations. The role supports cost control, procurement, measurement, and commercial administration throughout project execution.

Full-time, morning shift, on-site in Multan, Pakistan. Travel is required. Salary: PKR 80,000–250,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, bills of quantities, cost estimates, rate analyses, and tender documentation for civil and building works.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements to identify quantities, pricing considerations, and potential commercial risks.
- Measure completed work at site and prepare interim payment applications, subcontractor valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, commitments, material usage, and budget performance while maintaining accurate commercial records.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations and support procurement decisions in coordination with project teams.
- Assist with contract administration, change orders, claims documentation, and commercial reporting for timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

What we’re looking for
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, construction measurement, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
- Experience interpreting civil, structural, architectural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Ability to prepare interim payment certificates, subcontractor bills, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction cost-control spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and relevant estimating or ERP software is advantageous.
- Understanding of procurement processes, supplier and subcontractor comparison, material reconciliation, and budget monitoring.
- Strong command of the MRS rates system.
- Accurate documentation, numerical analysis, negotiation, and commercial reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
