What you’ll be doing
Position: Full-Time AutoCAD Drafter & Designer
Location: Remote – Pakistan
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 35,000 per month
Working Hours: Morning shift, with regular overlap with Canadian/Eastern Time working hours

Job Overview:
Join the internal production team in Pakistan to prepare and revise drawings used for Ontario building permit applications and related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare professional 2D AutoCAD drawings from site measurements, sketches, markups, photographs, PDFs, and instructions.
- Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, site plans, demolition plans, and details.
- Convert field measurements into accurate CAD drawings.
- Revise drawings based on client, project manager, municipal, and engineering comments.
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations, blocks, title blocks, and templates.
- Prepare existing-condition and proposed-condition drawings.
- Work on residential projects and related building permit documentation.
What we’re looking for
Required skills:
- Strong AutoCAD 2D skills.
- Understanding of architectural drafting and construction drawings.
- Ability to read floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans.
- Knowledge of dimensions, scales, layers, lineweights, annotations, hatches, blocks, and layouts.
- Ability to work from hand sketches, measurements, photographs, PDFs, and marked-up drawings.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce clean, organized CAD drawings.
- Basic understanding of residential construction.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, clarify unclear requirements, and work independently in a remote environment.
