We are seeking a Store Keeper to maintain accurate inventory records, support warehouse operations, and ensure materials are available for manufacturing and dispatch.

We are seeking a Store Keeper to maintain accurate inventory records, support warehouse operations, and ensure materials are available for manufacturing and dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, count, and document incoming raw materials, cables, components, tools, and finished goods.
- Issue materials against approved requisitions and record all stock movements accurately.
- Maintain bin cards, inventory registers, and digital records, including receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
- Organize stock using appropriate labeling, coding, stacking, and storage methods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical stock audits and reconciliation.
- Monitor reorder levels, identify damaged or obsolete items, and report discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and dispatch teams to support uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized storage area while following safe handling and storage practices.
What we’re looking for
- Practical experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory control, preferably in manufacturing or electrical products.
- Understanding of goods receiving, material issuing, stock rotation, bin management, and dispatch procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory ledgers, bin cards, stock registers, and supporting documentation.
- Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets or inventory management software.
- Numerical ability for counting, reconciliation, measurement, and stock variance checking.
- Knowledge of safe handling and storage of cables, electrical components, packaging materials, and tools.
- Attention to detail, organization, reliability, and ability to meet operational deadlines.
- Clear communication and coordination with production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams.
