What you’ll be doing
The Learner is a boutique, safety-first Montessori-based learning pod serving families in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Our small, closely supervised environment combines authentic Montessori practical-life and sensorial methods with Pakistan’s Single National Curriculum to help children build confidence, independence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for formal schooling.
We are seeking a caring and dependable Montessori Guide / Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will create a warm, structured, and secure classroom experience while respecting each child’s pace and individual development.

- Prepare and maintain an orderly Montessori learning environment with age-appropriate materials.
- Guide children through practical-life, sensorial, language, early mathematics, and cultural activities.
- Observe children carefully, document progress, and adapt activities to their developmental needs.
- Support social-emotional development, positive behavior, independence, and respectful communication.
- Integrate relevant learning objectives from the Single National Curriculum into classroom planning.
- Maintain high standards of child safety, hygiene, supervision, and safeguarding at all times.
- Communicate professionally with parents.
What we’re looking for
- Working knowledge of Montessori principles, practical-life activities, sensorial learning, and child-led education.
- Ability to plan and facilitate engaging early-years activities across language, numeracy, movement, creativity, and culture.
- Strong observation skills with the ability to record developmental progress and identify individual learning needs.
- Patient, warm, calm, and respectful classroom management approach.
- Clear verbal and written communication with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to child safeguarding, hygiene, safety procedures, and professional boundaries.
- Ability to maintain organized classroom materials and a clean, welcoming learning environment.
- Collaborative mindset, reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn and apply feedback.
- Comfort working in a small, home-like learning setting with close supervision and individualized attention.
