What you’ll be doing
A&O is a Lahore-based construction and interior design company focused on creating well-executed spaces and showcasing its projects through compelling visual content. We are seeking a Cameraman / Videographer, Video Editor and Content Creator to produce professional media for construction sites, interior design projects, social media and company communications.
The role will work closely with project, design and marketing teams to plan, capture and deliver high-quality visual stories from concept through completion.

- Plan and film project walkthroughs, site progress, before-and-after transformations, interviews and promotional content.
- Operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment to capture clear, stable and visually engaging footage.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms, presentations and project portfolios.
- Create engaging content concepts, shot lists, scripts, captions and production schedules.
- Coordinate filming access and maintain an organized library of raw footage, edited files and project assets.
- Follow site safety requirements while filming at construction and interior design locations.
What we’re looking for
- Proficiency with cameras, tripods and gimbals.
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or comparable software.
- Ability to perform color correction, audio cleanup, transitions, subtitles, pacing and platform-ready exports.
- Experience creating reels, social media videos, project walkthroughs, interviews and promotional content.
- Good composition, framing, storytelling and visual design skills.
- Ability to develop content ideas, scripts, shot lists and production plans independently.
- Comfort working at construction sites and coordinating with project teams under changing conditions.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, time management and communication skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating original filming, editing and content creation work is expected.
