- Strong listening and comprehension skills
- Confident objection handling without relying entirely on scripts

- Persuasive, professional, and target-driven personality
- Make outbound calls to US-based prospects
- Understand prospects’ needs and respond intelligently
- Handle objections and keep conversations productive
- Qualify prospects and generate appointments
- Maintain professional communication and accurate call records
