What you’ll be doing
Responsibilities
Performance expectations
- Teach IELTS and PTE classes, with a focus on the computer-based test format.
- Coach students in Spoken English and Academic Writing.
- Plan lessons, run practice tests, and give clear, actionable feedback.
- Track student progress and help them reach target scores for study abroad.
- Work with the counselling and operations team so test preparation supports each student’s admission plan.
- Coordinate with the English Lab teaching team and Hoist Horizons consultants in Lahore.
Performance expectations
- Confidently deliver IELTS and PTE classes independently.
- Help students understand computer-based test strategies and improve mock scores.
- Deliver structured classes.
