What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork and Freelancer Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience generating business through Upwork and Freelancer by submitting quality proposals and communicating with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
- Search for relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
- Write customized proposals according to client requirements.
- Communicate with clients and respond to their queries professionally.
- Generate leads and convert them into projects.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales and project teams.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 25,000–40,000 PKR, based on experience.

What we’re looking for
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Upwork and Freelancer bidding.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of IT services, graphic design, web development, or digital marketing is a plus.
