What you’ll be doing
AA & Associates is a construction and project delivery company providing solutions across construction works, MEP execution, interior works, and project management. The company is seeking an Architect to support the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of practical, high-quality projects in Lahore while maintaining professional standards and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will work with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop design solutions that are functional, buildable, and aligned with project requirements.

- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, details, and presentation materials.
- Translate client requirements and project briefs into coordinated design proposals.
- Coordinate architectural work with structural, MEP, interior, and construction teams.
- Review drawings, materials, shop drawings, and site conditions for design compliance.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, coordination meetings, and progress reviews.
- Support quantity, specification, documentation, and tender-related requirements.
- Identify design or execution issues and recommend practical, cost-conscious solutions.
- Maintain organized project records and contribute to timely project delivery.
What we’re looking for
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting, with working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools.
- Ability to produce plans, elevations, sections, construction details, schedules, and presentation drawings.
- Understanding of building materials, construction methods, finishes, and interior detailing.
- Working knowledge of architectural coordination with structural and MEP services.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, site measurements, and contractor submissions.
- Strong design judgment, spatial planning, technical documentation, and attention to detail.
- Effective coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project tasks while meeting quality and delivery deadlines.
