Columbus Technology Solutions provides outsourced medical administrative support to healthcare organizations through scheduling, reporting, patient care coordination, EMR systems, dialer solutions, and operational reporting tools.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi supporting U.S. healthcare operations.

- Managing and responding to patient inquiries
- Providing customer support
- Assisting with appointment scheduling
- Supporting administrative and communication processes
- Following company standards and protocols
What we’re looking for
- Customer service, customer support, and customer relations
- Ability to deliver strong customer satisfaction and customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and proactive issue resolution
- Proficiency with standard office tools and technology
- Strong English communication and computer proficiency
- Healthcare or medical field experience is a plus
- Customer service certifications or training are advantageous
