Cold Caller / Sales Representative – Commission-Based Partnership
DUOTECH7 is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join its remote sales team as a Cold Caller / Sales Representative.
Your main responsibility will be to contact potential business clients, introduce DUOTECH7’s services, identify interested prospects, follow up with leads, and help generate new clients.
We offer AI Automation, AI Agents, AI Voice Agents, Websites, and other digital solutions for businesses.
Compensation
Commission-based partnership. You will earn commission on clients you successfully generate or close. High-performing team members may have the opportunity to move to a fixed-pay plus commission structure based on performance.

- Good communication and conversational English
- Confident speaking and cold-calling ability
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Previous sales or cold-calling experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of websites, AI, or digital services is a plus
