Shamim Majeed Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, supporting social-impact activities. We are seeking a dedicated Quran Online Teacher to provide structured, engaging, and respectful Quran education through online sessions.
The teacher will help students develop accurate Quran reading, pronunciation, recitation, and foundational Islamic knowledge according to their learning levels. Responsibilities include:

- Conduct individual or small-group Quran lessons through approved online platforms.
- Teach Quran reading, basic Tajweed, correct pronunciation, memorization, and revision techniques.
- Assess student progress and adapt lesson plans to individual needs.
- Maintain regular attendance, lesson records, and constructive progress updates.
- Communicate professionally with learners and, where appropriate, their parents or guardians.
- Promote respectful conduct, punctuality, and positive learning habits during every session.

What we’re looking for
Required Skills
- Strong Quran recitation with accurate pronunciation and practical Tajweed knowledge.
- Ability to teach Quran reading, basic memorization, revision, and foundational Islamic concepts clearly.
- Excellent verbal communication, patience, empathy, and a respectful teaching manner.
- Ability to prepare age-appropriate lessons and adjust teaching methods to different student levels.
- Comfort using online video-conferencing, digital teaching materials, and basic computer tools.
- Reliable internet connection, quiet teaching environment, and consistent attendance.
- Ability to track learner progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Professional conduct and sensitivity when working with students and families in a nonprofit educational setting.
