What you’ll be doing
Shamim Majeed Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, working to support activities with positive social impact. We are seeking a Doctor for our Outpatient Department (OPD) to provide compassionate, ethical, and patient-focused medical care within a community-oriented environment.

- Assess patients, identify health concerns, provide appropriate treatment, and promote preventive healthcare.
- Conduct consultations, medical histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments for OPD patients.
- Diagnose common conditions and develop suitable treatment or referral plans.
- Provide counseling on prevention, medication use, follow-up care, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential patient records.
- Coordinate with healthcare staff to support continuity and quality of care.
- Recognize urgent cases and arrange timely referral or escalation when required.
- Contribute to health awareness and community-focused programs organized by the foundation.
What we’re looking for
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and patient-management skills.
- Knowledge of general medicine, preventive care, and common outpatient conditions.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities.
- Compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive approach to patient care.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and protect patient confidentiality.
- Good judgment in identifying cases requiring referral or emergency attention.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and support teams.

- Comfort working in a community-focused organization and managing routine OPD workload.
