What you’ll be doing
A Karachi-based cosmetics manufacturer is seeking a Warehouse Incharge to oversee the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of raw materials, packaging supplies, finished goods, and warehouse documentation.
The successful candidate will coordinate daily warehouse activities and maintain smooth inventory flow in support of manufacturing and dispatch operations.

- Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updating of inventory transactions.
- Organize warehouse locations using appropriate labeling, bin control, and stock rotation practices.
- Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or excesses, and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular physical counts and investigate inventory variances.
- Ensure proper handling of cosmetic materials, packaging, and finished products according to company procedures.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and distribution teams to meet operational schedules.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and orderly warehouse while enforcing workplace safety procedures.
- Prepare routine warehouse reports and maintain receiving, issuing, transfer, and dispatch documentation.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same warehouse and logistics coordination.
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred.
- Warehouse operations, inventory control, stock rotation, bin control, receiving, dispatch, and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and distribution teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock variances.
