What you’ll be doing
About the Position
Work remotely supporting patients in the United States. Communicate with patients, healthcare offices, insurance companies, government agencies, and community organizations to help patients access services and resources. This is a non-clinical position; the role does not involve diagnosing patients or providing medical advice.
Responsibilities
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM New York time, approximately 6:00 PM–3:00 AM Pakistan time during U.S. daylight saving time and 7:00 PM–4:00 AM during U.S. standard time.
Work remotely supporting patients in the United States. Communicate with patients, healthcare offices, insurance companies, government agencies, and community organizations to help patients access services and resources. This is a non-clinical position; the role does not involve diagnosing patients or providing medical advice.
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with U.S.-based patients by telephone.
- Assist patients in identifying available community and social-service resources.
- Help patients navigate programs related to food, housing, transportation, utilities, financial assistance, and other needs.
- Contact healthcare providers, insurance companies, government agencies, and community organizations.

- Excellent spoken English and strong English comprehension and listening ability.
- Clear and professional telephone communication.
- Comfort communicating with American patients, including elderly patients.
- Strong computer and internet research skills.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Ability to work the complete New York business-hours schedule.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and computer or laptop.
