What you’ll be doing

Company: DevCore System

Role: Business Development Executive (Female undergraduates/students)

Type: 2-month commission-based probation with potential conversion to permanent full-time based on performance

Location & Work Mode: Lahore, Pakistan remote/online work

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use personal, social, and professional networks to identify potential clients
  • Reach out to prospective international and local clients and pitch software and digital services
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the technical development team
  • Negotiate and close deals

Compensation: PKR 10,000 - 15,000 (during probation); high commission structure during 2-month probation; conversion and salary-based pay contingent on successful client acquisition

Other details: Morning shift; temporary/contract role with possible permanent placement after probation
