What you’ll be doing

About the role

Inspire Technology is seeking a Full Stack Backend Developer to join the development team in Multan. The role focuses on building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using PHP Laravel and integrating modern frontend frameworks. The position is on-site, full-time, morning shift.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel
  • Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services
  • Develop responsive user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Optimize application performance and database queries
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
  • Troubleshoot bugs and implement fixes
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and project managers
  • Use Git for version control and follow Agile/Scrum practices

What we’re looking for

Must have

  • 3+ years experience with PHP and Laravel
  • Strong knowledge of MVC architecture
  • Experience with MySQL or MariaDB
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular
  • Git version control experience
  • Authentication experience (JWT, OAuth, Laravel Sanctum/Passport)
  • Database design and optimization
  • Familiarity with Linux server environments
