What you’ll be doing

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with deep expertise in Staff Augmentation and IT services sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Augmentation & Sales
    Identify new business opportunities through outbound sales, partnerships, and referrals
    Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas
    Create and execute BD strategies aligned with company revenue goals
    Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and negotiations

  • Account Management & Client Success
    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term engagement success
    Upsell and cross-sell additional services where applicable
    Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams
    Track client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues

  • Leadership & Collaboration
    Work closely with marketing, recruitment, and operations teams
    Contribute ideas to improve processes and drive growth

What we’re looking for

  • 23 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in IT services or staff augmentation

  • Proven track record of closing deals in staff augmentation / resource outsourcing

  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring models

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience with global clients (US, UK, UAE or other regions is a plus)

  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

  • Proficiency with CRM tools, proposals, and sales reporting
