What you’ll be doing

Role overview

We are looking for a reliable remote assistant or manager to support outreach, CRM, email marketing, and social media marketing for a handbag brand selling to independent boutiques, fashion stores, concept stores, gift shops, and lifestyle retailers across Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Manage lead lists and update CRM/tracker sheets
  • Post on and manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Help organise outreach sequences and campaign workflows
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude as part of daily workflow
  • Carry out basic online research and lead checks
  • Create simple posts, captions, scheduling, and basic engagement for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Keep marketing and outreach systems organised and up to date
  • Work with outreach campaigns and email sequences

What we’re looking for

Must have

  • Clean, professional written English
  • Fluent spoken English and clear communication
  • Experience with outreach, sales operations, lead generation, CRM, and marketing operations
  • Some experience managing social media channels
  • Organised and able to follow SOPs
  • Comfortable using ChatGPT/Claude for structured projects, prompts, SOPs, review workflows, and quality checks
  • High attention to detail (names, countries, languages, links, translations, tracker updates)
  • Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel, Gmail, LinkedIn, and basic online research
  • Reliable remote working habits: daily updates, responsiveness, accountability

Nice to have

  • Experience with WordPress/Elementor
  • Experience with Instantly outreach tool
  • Experience with marketplaces or e-commerce brands
  • Previous remote work experience with UK or European businesses
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales, wholesale, retail, or boutique brands
