What you’ll be doing

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Employment type: Full-Time, On-site

Role overview:
  • Manage the company's WordPress website, Etsy shop, TikTok Shop and other international marketplaces.
  • Use AI tools to create SEO-friendly English product listings, optimize product photos, organize digital assets, analyze store data, and develop marketing plans to increase global traffic and sales for gemstone and mineral products.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage WordPress backend, Etsy, TikTok Shop and additional international sales channels independently.
  • Use AI tools (for example ChatGPT and AI image generators) to write English titles, product descriptions and keywords, and to optimize product photos.
  • Create and maintain SEO-friendly product listings and improve listings continuously for global buyers.
  • Develop long-term marketing plans and analyze store performance to boost sales.
  • Organize and maintain product files, images and all digital assets systematically.

What we’re looking for

Must-have:
  • Approximately 2 years practical experience in ecommerce operations with international marketplaces.
  • Experience with WordPress backend management.
  • Experience listing on Etsy and TikTok Shop.
  • Ability to create SEO-friendly English product titles, descriptions and keywords.
  • Strong written English for international product content.
  • Experience using AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and AI image-editing/generation tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision; available for long-term full-time work.

Preferred:
  • Practical experience with gemstones/minerals (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, nephrite, mineral ores) or related product knowledge.
  • Previous cross-border ecommerce operations experience.
  • Experience managing Etsy shops and TikTok Shop listings.
