9Grid Labs (Karachi-based digital agency) Role Overview: Join the sales team as an on-site Cold Caller focused on outbound telephone outreach to US-based businesses to generate qualified leads for website, software, app development, and digital marketing services. Report to the Sales Lead and work within a structured US-facing sales operation on night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to assigned prospect lists and segments.
• Introduce company services and qualify opportunities with decision-makers.
• Record accurate qualification details, interest level, and follow-up tasks in CRM.
• Book appointments and demos for the US-based sales team and coordinate schedules across time zones when needed.
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs such as dials and qualified leads.

Must-have:

• Minimum 1 year experience in outbounding, telemarketing, or sales development in B2B environments.
• Strong English communication and active listening; comfortable speaking with US-based businesses.
• Proven ability to meet volume and lead-generation KPIs; disciplined time and task management.
• Comfortable following structured scripts while personalizing outreach.
• Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback to improve conversion rates.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office or Google Workspace), reliable internet, and headset for clear calls.
