We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to sell Digital Marketing 360 services across Pakistan. The role focuses on converting leads into projects, nurturing client relationships, and supporting campaign scoping for web, social media, search and performance marketing engagements. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment where commercial awareness and digital marketing literacy are essential.

Role overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to sell Digital Marketing 360 services across Pakistan. The role focuses on converting leads into projects, nurturing client relationships, and supporting campaign scoping for web, social media, search and performance marketing engagements. Key responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, research, outbound outreach and lead follow-up
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives, budgets, timelines and KPIs
- Prepare tailored proposals, scopes of work and pricing based on client needs and internal resource estimates
- Collaborate with account managers, creatives and media teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and margin-positive
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM records, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting and deal closure
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
Preferred:
- Proven experience selling digital marketing services: social media, PPC, SEO, content, email and/or web development
- Strong prospecting skills: cold outreach, LinkedIn research, lead qualification and pipeline management
- Excellent written and verbal communication for proposals, presentations and client negotiation
- Ability to prepare commercial proposals and perform basic pricing, margin and ROI estimations
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) and experience maintaining accurate sales records
- Analytical mindset: ability to read campaign performance reports and translate metrics into client-facing recommendations
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, timely follow-ups and handovers to delivery teams
- Interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred:
- Certifications in digital marketing or sales
