What you’ll be doing

Job Overview

Position: Truck Dispatcher (Remote)

Location: Remote (Karachi, Pakistan)

Work mode: Remote/Online

Salary: 60,000 - 120,000 PKR

Key Responsibilities

  • Search for, negotiate, and secure profitable freight loads via load boards and broker networks
  • Communicate load details to drivers: pickup/delivery schedules, routes, and customer requirements
  • Monitor driver locations and shipment progress using GPS tracking systems
  • Maintain consistent communication with brokers and drivers to ensure efficient execution
  • Proactively resolve shipment delays and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate vehicle breakdowns with brokers and arrange support
  • Plan load assignments and optimize routes considering weather and efficiency
  • Monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure compliance
  • Collect, verify, and submit proofs and shipment documentation

  • Ability to manage multiple drivers and loads simultaneously
