Key Responsibilities
- Manage listings, operations, and performance on Amazon and eBay.
- Coordinate tasks and workflows through the ERP system.
- Supervise and lead a team of 10+ staff, including task assignment and performance oversight.
- Enforce quality-control standards to minimize errors and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks.
- Identify and resolve operational issues affecting workflow.
- Use AI tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) to improve workflows and reporting.
What we’re looking for
Must-have
- 3-5 years experience working with Amazon and eBay
- Experience using ERP systems
- Experience managing and leading teams of 10+
- Quality-control experience and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with AI tools relevant to e-commerce operations
- Good English and Urdu communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems
