What you’ll be doing
About the role
- Lead outbound sales efforts to grow the global client base, focusing on US, UK, and Canadian markets.
- Generate new business opportunities and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and present services over Zoom or Google Meet.
- Prepare proposals, follow up, negotiate pricing, and close new business.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
- Work closely with the founder and delivery team to ensure smooth project handovers and help develop international sales strategy.
What we’re looking for
Must-have
- 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales (digital/IT services preferred).
- Proven experience selling web design, software, SaaS, marketing, or IT solutions.
- Flawless spoken and written English.
- Experience with cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, email campaigns, and virtual meetings.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, pipeline management, and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven; ability to work independently.
