What you’ll be doing

Role: Linkedin Outreach Specialist (On-site, Night Shift) based in Karachi, Pakistan

Overview:
  • Build and manage B2B outreach campaigns focused on Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0, and SaaS solutions.
  • Qualify potential leads and secure high-quality meetings with decision-makers in target markets (US/UK).
  • Translate technical solutions into clear, compelling outreach messages.
  • Guide and oversee interns and junior team members to maintain consistent outreach quality.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential B2B leads aligned with company focus areas.
  • Manage end-to-end outreach across LinkedIn, cold email, and other channels.
  • Write personalized outreach aimed at solving target customers' business problems.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools to run campaigns.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads and pipeline (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies, and improve processes.

What we’re looking for

Must-have:
  • 1+ year proven experience in B2B lead generation and outreach in tech/software.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Familiarity with lead sourcing tools (Apollo, Snov.io, Clay, etc.).
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write personalized, human-sounding messages.

Nice-to-have / Preferred:
  • Experience managing or mentoring interns/junior outreach team members.
  • Domain knowledge of Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0, and B2B SaaS.
