This is a full-time, on-site Inbound Umrah Sales Representative role based in Lahore. The representative will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide tailored Umrah and travel itineraries, and close sales for the US market while working night shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound customers to assess travel needs and preferences
- Recommend and sell Umrah and travel packages tailored to customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to meet sales targets
- Manage CRM records, follow up on leads, and document interactions
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
- Work night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) and a six-day workweek (MondaySaturday)
- Occasional travel as required

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Able to work night shifts (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
- Able to work six days per week (MondaySaturday)
- Customer service and sales experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems

- Experience with Umrah travel agencies
- Experience serving the US market
