Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for planning and executing marketing activities across organic and paid channels. You will translate commercial objectives into a clear marketing strategy, allocate and manage the marketing budget, and coordinate external agencies and specialists. This is a hands-on senior role with end-to-end ownership of marketing performance.

• Develop and own an integrated marketing strategy across organic and paid channels aligned with company commercial goals.
• Take full responsibility for the marketing budget; allocate spend and reallocate based on performance.
• Engage, brief, direct, and hold external agencies/partners to high standards.
• Set direction, coordinate delivery, and act as the single point of accountability for marketing performance.
• Use data-driven measurement and attribution to guide decisions and prove ROI.
• Leverage AI tools to improve the quality, speed, and impact of marketing work.
• Work with CRM and marketing automation systems to execute campaigns and measure results.
