Overview:
Support export operations and documentation to ensure timely shipments and payments. Prepare and manage export paperwork, coordinate with banks and couriers, maintain shipment records, and support customer communications.

Support export operations and documentation to ensure timely shipments and payments. Prepare and manage export paperwork, coordinate with banks and couriers, maintain shipment records, and support customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare export documentation: bond/EFS, export declarations, LC-related paperwork, and sample invoices accurately and on time.
- Submit shipping documents to banks, handle payment follow-ups, PSW and PRC matters, and liaise with bank officials.
- Prepare airway bills, arrange courier bookings, and manage shipping documents and customer filing.
- Maintain local shipment and bond records in Excel and update tracking information.
- Respond to customer, cargo, courier, and bank emails; maintain professional correspondence.
- Provide backup support for customer service tasks and assist with basic label/layout duties.
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
- Strong knowledge of export documentation (bond/EFS, export declarations, LC documentation) and sample invoicing.
- Experience preparing and submitting shipping documents and airway bills.
- Familiarity with bank procedures related to exports, payments, PSW and PRC handling.
- Good email and telephone correspondence skills with customers, couriers, and banks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills for record keeping.
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to provide backup support for customer service and basic label/layout tasks.
