What you’ll be doing
AI-powered construction and real estate platform supporting buyers, investors, contractors, and property professionals with digital solutions. Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, email, or social media
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and marketing campaigns
- Explain platform features, AI tools, and service packages clearly
- Qualify prospects (buyers, investors, contractors)
- Close sales and achieve assigned revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services when appropriate
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insights
- Support product platform and promotional campaigns
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Fresher to 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or real estate sales
- Communication: Strong communication skills
- Attributes: Positive attitude, quick learning ability, target-oriented
- Technical: Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and use CRM
- Work schedule: Morning shift, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Work mode & location: On-site in Lahore (near Expo Johar Town)
