What you’ll be doing

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Final Expense Whole Life Insurance products via phone (telemarketing).
  • Qualify customers according to campaign criteria and confirm eligibility by asking all required questions.
  • Filter DNC (Do Not Call) customers based on communication flow; treat abusive customers as DNC.
  • Communicate with customers using empathy and professionalism.
  • Follow company policies, code of ethics, and operational SOPs.
  • Attend mandatory training and development sessions.
  • Report to the Team Lead Operations and Manager Operations.
  • Work to meet assigned targets (note: failure to meet targets may affect basic salary).
