What you’ll be doing

Role Overview:

You will create and manage content for multiple clients across industries and brand styles, including planning, editing, and publishing social media assets.

What You’ll Do:
  • Create static posts and carousel posts
  • Create and edit reels
  • Create social media stories
  • Edit short-form social media videos
  • Edit short-form and long-form podcast/vlog videos
  • Write captions, hashtags, hooks, and calls-to-action
  • Follow feedback and submit revisions on time

Work Mode & Schedule:

Remote (online). Part-time: 4 hours/day, approximate hours 21:0001:00 Pakistan Time. Two days off per week (specific days to be discussed).

Compensation & Probation:

Salary: PKR 35,000/month + bonuses. Probation period: 3 months.

Assessment:

Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a sample reel based on provided information to assess editing quality, pacing, transitions, subtitles, text placement, music choice, and overall content sense.

What we’re looking for

Must-have:
  • Proven experience creating social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
  • Strong video editing skills with tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
  • Competence in graphic design and layout using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
  • Ability to write concise, persuasive captions and on-screen text aligned to brand voice and CTAs
  • Knowledge of platform formats, aspect ratios, export settings, and subtitle workflows
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple client briefs and deadlines
  • Basic understanding of social analytics to interpret engagement and suggest optimizations
