What you’ll be doing

About the Role:

  • DevCore Systems seeks a motivated, energetic, and tech-savvy Business Development Executive Intern to join our growth team.
  • This is a 3-month unpaid internship designed for fresh graduates or students seeking hands-on experience in the IT industry.
  • Successful completion and meeting performance milestones may lead to a permanent role with a fixed salary and commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential local clients (schools, restaurants, clinics, retail businesses).
  • Build and manage a leads database and pipeline of target customers.
  • Outreach to potential clients via cold calls, WhatsApp, and social channels to pitch tech solutions and products.
  • Schedule and coordinate online setup meetings between prospective clients and the technical team.

What we’re looking for

  • Must-have: Undergraduate student or recent graduate (Computer Science or related preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
  • High energy, resilience, and eagerness to learn sales.
  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Maps, MS Office and common tech tools.
  • Experience with cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, or social selling.
