We are expanding our teaching team and seek a dedicated physics teacher to deliver high-quality lessons remotely or at our Lahore teaching facility. The role emphasizes clear concept delivery, engaging lesson planning, and measurable student progress. You will work with students at varying levels and curricula, preparing lessons that balance theory and problem-solving practice.

• Develop and deliver structured online or in-person physics lessons for secondary and pre-university students, aligned to international exam standards and student goals.
• Create lesson plans, homework, and assessment materials that build conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Use digital tools and our learning platform to present lessons, share resources, and record student progress.
• Assess student performance regularly, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instruction to meet individual learning needs.
• Communicate with parents or guardians and with the academic team about progress, challenges, and recommended interventions.
• Maintain professional standards, punctuality, and readiness for scheduled classes either remotely or onsite in Lahore when required.

We offer flexible teaching arrangements: fully remote positions for instructors who prefer working from home and onsite opportunities in Lahore for those who want a professional classroom environment. The ideal candidate is organized, student-focused, and capable of delivering lessons that improve understanding and exam readiness. Regular schedules and part-time to full-time availability will be considered.

• Strong subject knowledge in physics at secondary and pre-university levels, including mechanics, electromagnetism, waves, and modern physics.
• Experience preparing students for international curricula or standardized exams (IB, IGCSE, A-Levels, or equivalent).
• Ability to design clear lesson plans, formative assessments, and practical problem sets that target conceptual understanding.
• Proficiency with online teaching tools (video conferencing, screen sharing, digital whiteboards) and basic LMS use.
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms for diverse learners.
• Classroom management skills for engaging groups and maintaining focus during sessions, both online and in-person.
• Time management, punctuality, and reliable internet connectivity for remote teaching.
• Collaborative attitude to work with academic coordinators and participate in curriculum discussions and training.
